Mulholland Prelude

March 2 @ 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Description:

Entry includes a supported club-style ride with at last 2 aid stations along the route. We’ll offer two distances, each with plenty of climbing. We’ll have a group start, but no formal finish line or post-ride activities. Come for the day, or join us for all three days of the King of the Mountains Training Camp.

Rides:

This epic route previews the Mulholland Challenge course – and is super tough! Bring gears! Some of the roads have steep sustained climbs of 12-14%. Unless you’re a super strong climber, we suggest a triple crank, or at least a 30 cog in the back. Actual route is TBD.

Since 1994, BICYCLIST has aggregated the largest calendar of events, races, tours and group rides in our publication, BICYCLIST Magazine, as well as this multi-format online calendar. Beyond finding an event or race by category, filter by location, cost, organizer or experience level.

BICYCLIST provides this comprehensive listing, both free to register an event and free for the public to view, as a community service to promote and celebrate bike travel for recreation, competition and transportation. Do you value the importance of this, too? Join along.

You can submit your own event, view as a map, as a list, monthly, weekly views, or find out what’s scheduled for today in the two- (or three) wheeled world.
