Garmin makes a best in class product and we couldn’t be more excited for this new partnership,” said Managing Director Charles Aaron. “Having Garmin onboard to provide the necessary tools to improve rider health and performance is a game changer for our program.”
Race bikes will be equipped with Edge 1030 cycling computers while the team’s VIP/charity bike fleet will use the Edge 130 and Edge 520 Plus. Garmin cycling computers will provide data and key metrics to athletes, as well as GPS and navigational support.
Riders and staff will use the multisport GPS smartwatch, the fēnix® 5 Plus, to monitor the distance they travel, the calories they burn and how much quality sleep they get every night.
