This Mother’s Day, finally introduce Mom to your favorite past time with a family-friendly outdoor event in Los Angeles.
On Sunday May 8th the Bicycle Culture Institute is celebrating bike month with the second annual Los Angeles Bicycle Festival, a one day celebration in Grand Park with local musicians
playing live music throughout the park, interactive art installations, photo booth, LA’s best food trucks, and a beer garden with New Belgium & Angel City brews. The concept for the event is a ‘bicycle Disneyland’ where attendants can explore “MTB-land, LA Bike City, Roadland, e-Bikeland and Kid’s Bike Village.” The festival is geared towards educating potential bicyclists about the joys of bicycling with workshops and demos that make learning fun.
The Los Angeles Bicycle Festival has also partnered with Cyclofemme to get women riding together and enjoying the festival as a family. Attendee tickets are more affordable than a Sunday brunch starting at $12, get yours here. The event starts at 10:00 am and will go till 7:00 pm.
